I am a college graduate with no Linux experience. Can I follow this?

Yes — that is the primary audience. Tutorials start with a real problem and a simple analogy before jargon. You need basic computer skills and a practice Ubuntu (or similar) VM. You do not need prior sysadmin jobs.

Which Linux should I install for labs?

Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 LTS is the default recommendation. Rocky Linux / AlmaLinux are fine if you want a RHEL-family path. Use a disposable VM, cloud Free Tier instance, or WSL2 Ubuntu.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. Use free VM software or a cloud free tier. Always snapshot before storage and firewall labs.

Where do tutorials live?

How do labs work?

Each tutorial has a Hands-on Lab under ~/rebash-linux/labNN. Standalone labs also live in the Academy labs catalog (for example install/first boot, users/permissions).

How should I revise for interviews?

Explain each module’s analogy aloud, re-run or narrate the lab evidence, then answer the seven Interview Questions without looking. Prefer stories with command proof over buzzwords.
