These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of REBASH Academy at https://rebash.in (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Educational purpose

The Site provides educational content about Cloud, DevOps, Linux, security, and related topics. Content is for learning and professional development. It is not a substitute for official vendor documentation, professional advice, or certification exam materials owned by third parties.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site or its hosting
  • Scrape the Site in a way that harms availability or violates robots rules
  • Misrepresent content from the Site as official certification or vendor training
  • Use Site content to promote unlawful activity
  • Interfere with advertising, analytics, or security controls on the Site

Lab instructions that create cloud or local resources are your responsibility. You must follow your employer’s policies and the terms of any cloud provider you use, and you are responsible for any costs you incur.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Site branding, structure, and original written materials are owned by Shaik Basha / REBASH Academy or used under licence
  • Code samples and tutorials may be used for personal learning and for creating your own projects
  • You may not republish substantial portions of the Site as a competing commercial course without written permission
  • Third-party names, logos, and trademarks (for example AWS, Kubernetes, Google) belong to their respective owners and are used for educational identification only

Open-source contributions you submit via GitHub are subject to the repository’s licence and contribution guidelines.

User contributions

If you submit feedback, issues, or pull requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that contribution to improve the Site. Do not submit confidential or proprietary material you are not allowed to share.

Third-party services

The Site may use or link to third-party services (hosting, analytics, advertising, social platforms, cloud labs). Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, charges, or policy changes.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Technology changes quickly; commands and APIs in tutorials may become outdated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REBASH Academy and Shaik Basha are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content — including cloud bills, outages, or security incidents in environments you operate.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your lab environments, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the Site you also acknowledge that policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable local rights.
